Week 1; Weekly challenge: Pick one unhealthy food or habit you have (ex., artificial sweetener, chocolate, eating after 8PM, skipping breakfast) and aim to go 7 days without eating/doing it. 

Day 7: Do your friends and family know you are trying to lose weight?


  • Yes. My family makes it hard, because they don’t eat healthy, but I’ll be moving in with my boyfriend and it will be just us and my daughter so I will be more in control.

  • Are you kidding me? I’ve been overweight since elementary school. I’ve always been the fat kid. Always.
